Summary of Job:
- Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support
- To assist Director in preparing agenda for meetings, identifying relevant issues for discussion, coordinating information needs, and keeping the minutes of meeting.
- Ensuring compliance and follow up meetings, documentation, and information.

- Manage and maintain diary and email account, filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachment.
- Ensure busy diary commitments, paper and travel arrangements are manage effectively.
- Filter general information, queries, phone calls by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
- Prepare correspondence including the drafting of general replies and keep and retrieve files.
- Maintain and update all legal documents and ensure all external reports are filled promptly.
- Organize meeting
- Undertake any other duties as requested.
- Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree from secretary field, communication, industrial engineering or equivalent from reputable University or Academic.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task and organize others.
- Good ability to operate computer (MS Office and visio).
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and be flexible as part of a team.
- Attention to details and deadline.
- Self motivated, initiative, honest,  smart worker.
