DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Menerima dan menghubungkan telepon masuk kepada pihak yang dituju
  • Menghubungi nomor telepon yang ingin dituju atas permintaan-permintaan pihak terkait
  • Menyampaikan pesan kepada pihak internal maupun eksternal bilamana yang bersangkutan berhalangan untuk menerima telepon tersebut dan mencatat pesan yang perlu disampaikan
  • Menerima kedatangan tamu-tamu dengan ramah dan sikap yang professional
  • Mencatat dalam log book telepon masuk dan keluar
  • Membuat laporan kegiatan secara periodik
  • Melakukan tugas-tugas dan fungsi resepsionis lainnya
 
Requirements:
 
  • Usia maksimal 25 tahun
  • Minimal Pendidikan D-3 Any Major
  • Mampu  berbahasa Inggris secara lisan
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan computer (MS Word dan Excel)
  • Fresh Graduate / Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Reseptionist diutamakan
  • Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan dan deadline
  • Pekerja keras dan mempunyai kemampuan yang baik untuk beradaptasi
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Berpenampilan menarik
