    • Preparing, monitoring and recording daily food and beverage cost in kitchen and service area
    • Participates in stock opname activity
    • Control check with department head
    • Maintain system list price, vendor quotes, lead time and maximum minimum inventory level
    • Monitor of purchase order
    • Having computer skill and understanding with point of sales system
    • Proactive with other department, discipline with report dateline, and detail oriented
