Responsibilities :
  • Become knowledge holder of selected end to end processes
  • Execute quality checks and process controls on regular basis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on Quality Assurance activities and audit results
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to the officers and address all identified issues with relevant supervisor 
  • Cooperate with Trainers to design re-fresher trainings or address gaps in process knowledge or lack of soft skills or system tools knowledge to perform the process with desired quality
Requirements :
  • University degree (preferred in Business, Communication or Engineering)
  • Previous experience working for retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared services company (1 year+)
  • Basic English communication
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Process oriented
  • Analytical and structured thinking
