Job Description Admin General Affair :
- Act as contract person with employees/ service providers/ landlords/ agents.
- Prepare and announce various internal policies.
- Insurances on assets and properties.
- Maintain company assets, company cars, and other equipment and facilities.
- Help to contribute and manage assigned special projects within time, cost and quality.
- Helping company events (socialization, gatherings, meetings, etc.)
- HR key initiatives as assignment (Performance Evaluation, Succession Planning, Career Development, Hiring, Training, etc.).
- Other assignments as required.
- Maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor degree and have at least 1 year experiences in similar position
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably and professional manner and experienced in team building
- Must be creative, dynamic and those with the ability to think out of the box
- Able to work independently and multi task
- Enthusiastic, hard worker and highly motivated person
- Able to work under pressure and flexible time
