Job Description Admin General Affair :
 
  • Act as contract person with employees/ service providers/ landlords/ agents.
  • Prepare and announce various internal policies.
  • Insurances on assets and properties.
  • Maintain company assets, company cars, and other equipment and facilities.
  • Help to contribute and manage assigned special projects within time, cost and quality.
  • Helping company events (socialization, gatherings, meetings, etc.)
  • HR key initiatives as assignment (Performance Evaluation, Succession Planning, Career Development, Hiring, Training, etc.).
  • Other assignments as required.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Bachelor degree and have at least 1 year experiences in similar position
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably and professional manner and experienced in team building
  • Must be creative, dynamic and those with the ability to think out of the box
  • Able to work independently and multi task
  • Enthusiastic, hard worker and highly motivated person
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible time
