• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years experience as Business/System Analyst
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in banking industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to gather and collaborate requirements, both oral and written
  • Having good understanding of business environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fast learner, self-motivated and attention to details
  • Fluent in English is a must

Job Description:
  • Collect and analyze requirements for enhancing banking operating model
  • Identify areas for further improvement
  • Work closely with other business unit to get overall picture of operating model
  • Create necessary documentation and reports during assignment
  • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future
