• Motivate team to comply with safety regulation or standard
  • Develop fleet management system include transportation and logistics management, journey management and road transport safety management as a standard operation
  • Supervise logistics operations monitoring ongoing and proposed Budget
  • Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist employees in solving work problems
  • Monitor schedule and logistics delivery time
  • Supervise and motivate team to meet company strategy and objectives
  • Monitors and controls documentation to required compliance standards and timelines
General Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Information Technology, Management Industry, Transportation Management, or any other relevant major.
  • Maximum age of 35 years old
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in Logistics filed or industry
  • Familiar with distribution, SCM (Supply Chain Management), warehouse, and logistic processes for manufacture company
  • Computer literacy is a must (Ms. Office and email)
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Having good leadership skill, negotiation skill, planning and organizing, scheduling, prioritizing work, and strategic thinking skill
  • Can work well independently or in a team
  • Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure, initiative, and proactive at work.
  • Ability to work multitasking and fast response
  • Willing to be placed at Cilegon (Factory)
  • Willing to travel if needed by the company
