  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.
  • Prepare, evaluate and implement marketing strategies.
  • Create marketing objective and budget.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements and other marketing materials.
  • Design print ads and publications.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent
  • Gather and analyze customer insight.
  • Engage consumers on social media.
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
  • Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
  • Develop a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
  • Consult with product development personnel on product specification and cost to determine promotion strategy.
  • Directing , Planning and Coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Build brand awareness and positioning.
  • Look for and communicate with outside agencies on ongoing marketing campaign.
  • Ensure Effective control of marketing results.
  • Conduct marketing surveys on new product concepts.
Requirements :
  • Age below 40 years old
  • Undergraduate accounting (S1)
  • Minimum 5 years in similar position
  • Good communication skill , a flexible and adaptable attitude with pleasant personalities
  • Capable and competent to make a marketing strategy
  • Have a good leaderships skills
  • Willing to grow , able to work independently and also a team player
  • Fluent in English
