    • Required skill(s): max. 45 years old, excellence customer service skills, strong leadership, highly committed, food costing skill, Team work.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Menteng.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
    • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
    - To establish and maintain strong business working relationships with Management, Employees and Customers ensuring regular contact and coomuncation
    - Meet all company administration and reporting requirements
    - To manage efficient and effective team performance
    - To manage and monitor 
    - Appropriately handle any customer conflicts or issues that may arise
    - Opening and closing of the restaurant
    - Briefing of staff and team leaders before service
    - Handling and settling of bills during the seating and keeping accurate records of sales through each seating session
    - Cash management-correct balancing of till and sales
