DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Brief Description:
We help clients achieve rapid integration to capture desired synergies and allow for a quick return to "business as usual". This helps increase shareholder value and free up human and financial capital for reinvestment in core operations. Our capabilities include both integration specialists and functional specialists to assist in the management and coordination of overall integration activities enterprise-wide, and to provide tactical experience in critical functional areas as needed.
 
Responsibilities :
  • On a day-to-day basis the candidate will assist a manager in delivering a wide range of concurrent deals and multidisciplinary post-deals assignments, and act as the client’s main point of day-today contact on assignments
  • Projects could include Project Management Office, Synergy assessment, and Due Diligence.
  • Candidate will be actively involved in the development of new and existing client relationships and is expected to maintain a strong personal profile internally in PwC and externally in the market to seek out new business opportunities.
Requirements :
  • Have 2 to 5 years management consulting background or industry experience in relation to business process reengineering
  • Exposure to either of the following industry: logistic, infrastructure, manufacturing, or FMCG.
  • Have a strong commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues
  • Have experience in project management, operation, deals, or strategy are particularly relevant, reflecting the future growth of our practice.
  • Can fluently speak and write Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Six sigma certification will be highly regarded
  • Personal qualities such as strong oral, listening and written communication skills.
  • Confident and mature.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Highly motivated professional.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and a fast learner.
