Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, as a Marketing Manager you will be responsible to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Establish effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Develop, plan, execute and adapt integrated communications strategy and plans on both offline and online channels
• Drive leads acquisition across different channels
• Develop and adapt customer-relevant communications content on social media and web
• Devise marketing initiatives for effective user engagement
• Capture unique local marketing opportunities
• Develop Collateral & other sales support material
• Organize Road Shows and customer events
• Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) Ensure media plans fulfill group and local objectives/strategies.
• Ensure all final plans are approved accordingly by HQ Marketing Budget management and monitoring campaign spends
• Managing Marketing and PR agencies
•  Ensure on-time submission of all marketing reports needed
•  Be actively involved in the preparation of Budget.
• Liaising with landlords and strategic partners for opportunities to collaborate
• Research and segment prospective markets, identifying best communication streams and delivering communications messages though these streams
• Leveraging web statistics to assist in targeting and refining marketing communications
• Analyze and report on outcomes of activities/campaigns


• A diploma or degree in Marketing or Business is required.
• Significant functional expertise in: digital and social media marketing and web analytics
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing a brand or in a marketing position in a consumer environment
• Good communicator with good interpersonal skills; Highly passionate, resourceful and tech-savvy self-starter
•  Must be an enthusiastic, committed, highly motivated, creative, driven, completer finisher
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Strong drive for sales and marketing
• Ability to handle stress, show resilience and adapt to changing market trends and quick to learn
• Creative in problem-solving
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
