    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • FOR TEMPORARY 4 MONTHS ONLY. (based on needs, is any possibility for continuing contract)
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree,  majoring English Literature or Japan Literature.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staffs specializing in or equivalent.
    • Fluently in English (Mandatory) - Preferable able to Speak Japanese Languange.
    • Have good communication skills
    • Able to work with team
    • Have the ability to analyze, systematically and focus on detail
    • Have a high spirit and a pro-active
    • Being able to adjust and adapt quickly
    • Have ideas, creativity and initiative are pretty good
    • Skilled in computer applications running
    • Full-Time and Temporary positions available.
     
     
    1. Prepare, report and maintain documents related to foreign labor (Foreign Workers) and other things as completeness of Expatriates.
    2. Prepare, reported related reporting to the Ministry of Labour in accordance with the applicable policies.
    3. Set up the information in the form of report-report periodically HR and incidental / ad-hoc.
    4. Evaluate and create things in the development of Human Capital initiative report to generate a report that is accurate, informative and effective documented.
    5. To coordinate and communicate with the other Working Unit (Internal) and external parties associated with the completeness of foreign labor and the validation report-report in Human Capital.
    6. administration and filing of the ongoing programs in Human Capital Strategy Unit to be documented and readily available for them whenever needed.
    7. To update the data of employees on Organizational Structure.

    Cons
    • Sistem pelayanan nasabah dalam masalah asuransi juga terkadang sering tersendat karena sistem komputer yang digunakan oleh karyawan sering mengalami gangguan.
    • Perusahaan memberikan begitu banyak tuntutan dalam bekerja, di samping itu gaji yang diberikan oleh perusahaan masih dibawah standar gaji seorang sales.
