UX Designer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Implement design for Hulaa.com Mobile and Web based Platform
  • Prototype design based on user experience and functionalities
  • Transform design mock up and integrate into app / platform
  • Implement "Design Sprint" into Hulaa.com culture
 
Requirements :
 
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience
  • Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design
  • Understanding of the web development process (HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and animation) and experience collaborating with developers
  • Demonstrated success creating beautiful designs and user-friendly interfaces that surprise and delight.
  • Web and app development experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to project timelines in a fast-paced environment

Manajemen perusahaan sudah tersusun dengan sangat baik, sehingga membuat perusahaan pun berjalan dengan cukup baik. Nilai budaya perusahaan pun dinilai sudah baik.

Cons

Kenaikan gaji masih belum tersistem dengan baik. Karena penilaian terhadap masing-masing karyawannya belum diperhatikan dengan baik, sehingga karyawan yang bekerja dengan baik, dengan karyawan yang malas-malasan masih disama ratakan.
