This role would suit an absolute CRM enthusiast that can confidently define, lead and plan Customer Relationship Management & Loyalty strategy to deliver customer loyalty and advocacy across all online/offline, onsite/offsite communications channels.

General Requirement:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from top universities
  • Around 2 years of work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point
  • Team player and having good commitment on responsibilities
  • Creative and responsive in online/offline communication
  • Quick learner & thirsty for knowledge
  • Excellent teamwork & communication skills
  • Hardworking and high in professionalism
  • Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
Other required skill:
  • Technical background (Experience in Startup & Lean methodology preferred)
  • Familiarity with consumer web domain and internet business
  • Setting and maintaining detailed short and long term timelines and managing the project backlog.
  • Management of a team of Developers, UX Designers, QA Testers and Content Editors.
  • Comfortable working under minimal guidance, have high initiative and willing to work with some ambiguity
  • Experience in planning meetings, daily Scrums, sprint reviews, and team retrospectives.
  • Experience in CRM product or loyalty membership is a plus
  • Experience in creating budget and financial statement is a plus
