- Maintains an active, friendly and welcoming presence at the entrance/host desk and enforces all quality standards and procedures from arrival until the departure.
- Prosecute fun, friendly and efficient “screening” to deliver a good first impression of the venue.
- Bring any issue to the attention of the managers at all time.
- To support Loyalty and Guest Experience Manager and First Impression Manager.
- To be able to promote all restaurants with right wording and correct information.
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Minimum of 2 (two years) in similar position
- Team work, self-motivated
- Present positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times
- Able to communicate in English
