- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

- Develop New Customer
- Perform cold calls, sales negotiation and telemarketing activities
- Marketing products and services by phone, make a schedule and follow-up visits to the customer
- Briefing clearly the product to the customer
- Create a report for the customer who has been in contract and follow-up
- Make a report to call in and call out (daily)
- Handling an order of customer
- Influences customers to buy or retain product or service
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
