    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Description:
    • Manage memos, emails, received and sent letters, Director’s Decrees, newsletters, and company website content
    • Organize and control company documents
    • Manage communication, correspondence, schedule, company business itineraries (especially of the directors’, commissaries’, shareholders’, and company founders’, including affiliated groups).
    • Prepare meetings, seminars, workshops, monthly/per semester/annual management report, including its analysis and presentation.
    • Assist with specific needs from and for director, commissaries, shareholders and company founders, including their families and affiliated groups.
    Specifications:
    • Bachelors degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 2.75
    • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio)
    • Excellent in conversational and written English
    • Proficient in conversational and written Mandarin
    • 2 to 5 Years experience as corporate staff or corporate secretary in a manufacturing company

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Suasana kerja di tempat ini sangat bersahabat, sehingga bagi staf baru pun tidak akan menemui masalah dalam beradaptasi di tempat ini.
    • Lingkungan kerjanya cukup menunjang kinerja kita sebagai pegawai. Selain itu, fasilitas yang disediakan perusahaan juga cukup memadai dan lokasi kantor mudah dijangkau dengan transportasi umum.
    Cons
    • Perusahaan kurang konsisten dalam menciptakan struktur organisasi dan fungsi masing-masing jabatannya juga kurang jelas sehingga kerap dilakukan perubahan yang menyebabkan staf-stafnya kebingungan.
    • Tingkat kesejahteraan pegawainya terbilang kurang, perusahaan harus mengkaji ulang dan meningkatkan struktur gaji pegawainya. Promosi kenaikan jabatannya juga memakan waktu yang lama.
