Job Description:
 
  • Responsible in providing administrative and clerical assistance to Director.
  • Responsible in creating and organizing memorandums and schedules.
  • Processing all Outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, etc.
  • Responsible in organizing and preparing meeting.
  • Responsible far official travel arrangement.
 
Requirement:
 
  • Diploma or secretarial academy background.
  • Has experienced as secretary to director at least 4 years.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Such as words, excel, power point and outlook.
  • Fluent in English both oral and Written.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Well organized and good time management skill.
