Suasana lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan dan bersahabat. Selain itu, kantornya juga cukup nyaman, dengan fasilitas yang bisa dibilang cukup memadai.

Tidak ada kejelasan mengenai jenjang karir. Komunikasi antar rekan kerja dan team memang baik, namun komunikasi antar departemennya masih belum sepenuhnya berjalan.
