• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree majoring Laws with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 from reputable university
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position, from retail industry is a advantage, with minimum 1 year in managerial positions, or 3 Year(s) in Assistant Manager Level
  • Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel
  • Solid Knowledge of basic contract principles and drafting
  • Good negotiating and communication skills
  • Ability to handle matters independently with input from management on more complex significant issues but a strong team player
  • High integrity standarts and strong work commitment
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good correspondence skill, analytical skill and critical thinking
