General assistance to General Manager in Property commercial related to implementation of human resources, budget coordination, salary and wage administration, audit, Industrial relation, and overall general administration including collection, parking, and store.
- Age 35 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor degree majoring in Management / Psychology / Law from reputable University.
- Has at least 5 years in the field of HR as Manager.
- Possess strong leadership and good communication skill.
- Have a good understanding of Industrial Relation.
- Have a good understanding of ISO (have a certification will be advantage).
- Understand manpower law & regulation, all aspect of HR and HR system procedure.
- Target and result oriented.
- Excellent in English both spoken and written.
