DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:
  • Functioning as a primary point of contact for HR Project on HR matters; manage and provide services related to Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organizational Development.
  • Work in collaboration with HR specialists, based on their area of expertise, to help resolve specific matters
  • Support the annual processes for performance management, compensation and talent review
  • Strong understanding and experience of employment legislation, lead the prompt resolution of employee relations issues and initiate proactive measures to minimize related matters
  • Build trust and credibility with all employee groupsĀ  to create a safe, supportive and open environment
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and techniques to capture and distribute meaningful data and metrics related to HR areas
Qualification :
  • At least 10 years(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Performing HR Generalist function
  • Project Managemnet and monitoring
  • Possess HR Operation understanding the whole HR function (Recruitment, Compensation &Benefit, Development, etc)
  • Responsible overseeing and indentifying legal requirements and government reporting are in compliance
  • Responsible for managing industrial relations matters
  • Promote positive working environment and corporate culture
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with practical orientation
  • High service level orientation
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Positive attitude, responsive and action oriented
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
