    Job Summary :

    Management of Sales and revenue targets, responsible for marketing and account management in key accounts and target business segments
    Duties And Responsibilities :
    • Provide sales and account management
    • Monitors effectiveness of business and sales through use of management tools
    • Provides management with all necessary reporting in timely and accurate manner
    • Responsible for new orders and ensures economic implementation of solutions
    • Formulates solutions to customers’ problems
    • Develops business plans and budgets as part of the planning cycle
    • Constantly updates market knowledge
    • Responsible for business development which includes prospecting to new customers
    • Maintains close contact with key customers
    • Responsible for major meeting and all sales presentation as required
    • Develops local and regional strategies to ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
    • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Performs other duties as required
    Requirements :
    • Having experience minimum 2 years in Sales, preferably in Banking or Financial industries’ IT Solutions
    • Have degree in Business Management, Economic and IT
    • Fluent in English, oral and written is a must
    • Good technical & sales experience in Financial IT Solutions and services
    • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with high energy level as well as strong self-motivational drive
    • Understanding Banking and Business process
    • Ability in building and maintaining relationship with current and potential
    • Able to start work immediately preferably
