    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • F & B Specialist mus be responsible to make sure high quality standard of Food and Beverage production and actively source and create recipe.
    • Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel in order to ensure quality & regularity food and timely preparation.
    • Provide excellent standard food service and positive practices toward food safety programs.
    • Plan and review menus & food utilization based on anticipated number of residents (POB) and nutritional value.
     
    Job Qualifications :
     
    • Minimum S1 in Food Production from NHI
    • Familiar with HACCP
    • Be chef trained and have at least 10 years of prior Food and Beverage Managerial experience in the Golf, Hotel, or Catering Industry
    • Proficient in computer software including the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner for all parties involved
    • Excellent knowledge and ability to create Indonesian, Mandarin and Western menus with good of menu variety
    • Must be a leader in assuring knowledge of culinary health and hygiene practices in the kitchen area are practiced at a all times in a manner complient with established health policies and procedures
    • Must have excellent kitchen management skills and demostrate good leadership of the team members
    • Have excellent skills in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning and organization
    • Must prossess a recognize health and hygiene certificate
    • Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office operations
    • Fluent in both spoken and written English
    • Have a good knowledge of catering industry HSE and Food Hygiene standarts
    • Placement: Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat
    • Work schedule: 28 days (ON) : 28 days (OFF)
    • Preferable domicile in East Indonesia and Papua
