    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Role and responsibilities:
    a) Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget and/or forecast variance analysis.
    b) Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
    c) Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the business unit’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
    d) Evaluates optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns.
    e) Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals.
    f) Identify non-value added processes within the department and seeks solutions
    g) Builds financial database by identifying sources of information; assembling, verifying and backing up data.
    h) Demonstrate appropriate understanding/working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and apply them.
    i) Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, in order to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, and to provide practical business leadership to drive business decision making across the company
    j) Defines financial situation by completing quantitative analyses.
     
    Skill and qualifications required:
    a) A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/Master degree is an advantage.
    b) Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS. Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles.
    c) Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills.
    d) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    e) Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
    f) Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Bahasa and English languages.
    g) Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required.
    h) Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required.
    i) Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
    j) Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems.
    k) Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
    l) Financial modeling expertise a plus.
