Job Requirements:

  • 25-35 years of age
  • Min D-3 in Hospitality or F&B Industry
  • Having experience min 3 years in the same positions
  • Strong Leadership and Target oriented
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Customer service oriented with strong F&B background
  • Creative, independent, and resourceful
  • Good communication skills and a great team-player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to read and converse in English
  • Willing to work in shift, overtime and public holiday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees general operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Writes schedules for Front of House staffPerforms and analyzes various monthly reports including budgets, sales forecasts and operating reports
  • Monitors food costs and labor costs and takes corrective actions if necessary
  • Monitors employee performance and participates in annual employee performance reviews
  • Receives, reviews and acts upon complaints received from guests
  • Performs petty cash report and daily sales report
