RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Analyze the needs of Man Power Request from all of departments. 
  • Searching, join and open any kind possibilities of sourcing media to support the recruitment process. 
  • Posting vacant positions in recruitment media and updating the progress.
  • Sourcing the qualified candidates. 
  • Arrange the schedule for interview, Psychological Test and Skill Test for the candidates. 
  • Interview the candidates based on Behavioral Event Interview method. 
  • Scoring for candidate's psychological test. 
  • Presentation the result of recruitment process to end user. 
  • Arrange the interview between user and qualified candidates.

 

QUALIFICATIONS : 

  • Max.28 years old. 
  • Min.S1 Psychologist or Human Resource from reputable university, preferably Master (S2) and licensed as Psychologist. 
  • Min.2 years in the same positions. 
  • Have excellent understanding and able to conduct the administration of Psychological Tools. 
  • Good communication and presentation skill. 
  • Willing to work in Jakarta.
