    One of our client, Japanese Trading Company is looking for HR Manager to be placed in Lampung.
     
    Job Description:
    Main Job:
    • review and update employees rules and regulation appropriately , ensuring compliance with indonesia (labor) law and regulations
    • Handling Industrial Relation and Employee Affairs
    • Liaising with government, officials, and third party
    • Maintain harmonious relationships with employee UNION and Government (Disnaker). Maintain effective working relationship and good communication among employees and nearby communities
    HR Manager Responsibilities:
    1. Handle and manage all of HR functions including recruitment, development program, compensation and benefit, performance management, and employee relations
    2. Develop and implement HR strategies with policies, procedures, and programs
    3. Prepare strategic planning of HR functions and Management report
    4. Make and update policies and supervises HR policy and compliance
    5. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
     
    Qualification:
    ・Working Experience more than 10 years as HRD/GA, 2-3 years of experience in Manufacture company
    ・Plenty of experience to handle dispute with employee/neighbors/union/local labor authorities
    ・Enough knowledge of Legal

    • adanya lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kekeluargaan, atasan yang baik dan profesional, jam kerja yang normal dan adanya acara pelatihan bagi karyawan
    Cons
    • Kenaikan gaji di perusahaan ini terbilang lambat dan gajinya pun belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan karyawan sehingga harus ditingkatkan lagi agar lebih sesuai.
    • salary dan jenjang karir yang sangat lambat, perusahaan kurang bisa memberikan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan baik, rasa kekeluargaan yang kurang erat
