    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Responsible for planning and design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing including developing polices, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP matters.
    • Review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the fasilities.
    • Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
    • Responsible for engineering planning and design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing for apartments or hotels.
    • Manages and overseas the work of subordinate staff, contract architects or engineers, and contractors for compliance with the requirments of Federal, State and local agencies regarding fire, public, health and safety.
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): leaddership, planning and organizing, presentation skill, analytical, negotiation, Budget Control.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya

    Pros
    • Perusahaan yang besar dengan sistem manajemen yang sudah bagus dan handal langsung dibawah naungan MNC group dan tunjagan karyawan pun sudah lumayan.
    • Bonus akhir tahun yang sangat lumayan untuk karyawan menunjang kesejahteraan dimana karyawan mendapatkan bonus yang banyak dan besar di penghujung tahun.
    Cons
    • Tidak adanya tunjangan karyawan yang lembur dimana karyawan harus lembur dan membebani tanggung jawab yang banyak ini sangat tidak adil untuk karyawan level bawah.
    • Jenjang karier yang lumayan sulit didapat karena persaingan sangat sulit dan mengutamakan karyawan lama untuk jenjang yang lebih tinggi di perusahaan.
