  • Able to lead, mentor and guide a group of people to achieve their individual along with their teams target
  • Fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Description

  • Time sheet update for department record           
  • Agent daily tracking for performance monitoring
  • Coaching/ mentoring team members to achieve target set
  • Product training
  • Call monitoring
  • Perform telemarketing activities to assist the team to achieve or exceed the target set if required      
  • Weekly briefing on current issues & group performance
  • Updating HR Department on agents status (Document On AL, EL, ML, Time Off & AWOL Status)   
  • AL Approval         
  • Updated monthly KPI for TE and TL’s for CM/CCM’s approval
  •  Campaign loading & assigning campaigns
  •  Daily campaign update and reporting
  • Campaign overview update
  • Updating campaign forecast and campaign overview
  • Monthly Report & Client Report
  • Weekly performance report
  • Attending any new campaign / product briefing & briefing to agent before starting campaign
  • To support in addressing issues during the campaign
  • Collecting data for campaign analysis

Key Relationships

The primary relationships will be with immediate team members, Campaign Manager, Operations Director and the IT & Support Team. Occasional support of other parts of the Call Centre to ensure overall operational objectives are achieved will also be required.
