- Maintain effective working relationship with distributors and channel partners.
- Develop and implement channel strategies and networks to grow Kangaroo business.
- Responsible for sales revenue and evaluate business partner’s performance on a regular basis.
- Jointly working with distributors/customers to build annual/monthly business plan, marketing programs to achieve assigned target.
- Work closely with other internal functions to enhance Kangaroo brand image at major retailer/ dealer’s shop-front and to ensure products are fulfilled uninterruptedly in the channels.
- Provide accurate sales forecast and update market intelligence timely in order to respond to customers’ need whilst ensuring company business targets & KPIs are met.
- Implement, and manage all marketing, advertising activities at assigned area.
- Conduct market research and analysis about sales trends, consumer bahaviors and competitor information.
- Actively engage with product management team on marketing initiative in terms of product positioning, pricing, promotion and development.
- Minimum 3 years experience in business of home electronic appliances
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Planning & forecasting skills
- Ability to direct and supervise effectively.
- Work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude.
- Ability to work under high pressure and fast pacing working environment
