Key Account Manager (FMCG)



    Responsibilities :
    • Achieve company objectives, drive business growth and sales targets at assigned key accounts / supermarket chain
    • Plan, negotiate trading terms and maintain promotion budgets and activities at assigned key accounts
    • Liasing with sales operations teams , monitor effectiveness of promotional activites and adjust accordingly
    • Maintain accurate data of sales progress and promotions at assigned key account
    • Process and approve promotional claims versus agreements with key accounts
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's Degree any field
    • Min. 5 years experience as Key Account Manager in FMCG / Consumer Goods company handling major supermarket national chain accounts
    • Proven track record of sales growth and target achievement
    • Has knowledge and experience in Key Account management and negotiation strategies¬†
    • Detail - oriented , data - oriented , analytical with excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Computer literate
    • Base : Pluit, Jakarta Utara
