DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Mengatur arus kas (cashflow)
  • Menyampaikan laporan kerja ke manajemen
  • Memastikan perusahaan mengikuti peraturan pajak
  • Menerbitkan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan PSAK
  • Membuat program kerja, sasaran mutu, anggaran dan pengembangan departemen sesuai dengan program kerja dan anggaran perusahaan
  • Membangun, membina dan memelihara hubungan dengan kreditur, institusi keuangan, dan instansi pemerintah yang terkait
  • Mencari sumber-sumber pembiayaan untuk perusahaan
 
Requirements :
  • Usia maksimal 40 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
  • Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun
  • Mempunyai latar belakang pengalaman di bidang trading otomotif
  • Memiliki kemampuan yang kuat dalam hal analisis dan perencanaan keuangan
  • memiliki pengetahuan PSAK
  • Memiliki sertifikat pajak brevert A/B
  • Kemampuan yang luas untuk sistem pelaporan dan perpajakan
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris (pasif)
  • Lokasi penempatan di Jakarta

Pros

Manajemen perusahaan sudah terorganisir dengan baik. Nilai budaya yang diterpkan pun sudah cukup baik dan jenis pekerjaan yang menarik pun membuat pekerjaan menjadi menyenangkan.

Cons

Produksi agar lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Gaji maupun tunjangan juga masih belum memuaskan sehingga staff dan karyawan di sini pun terlihat kurang maksimal dalam bekerja.
