    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Requirement :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree any field.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
    • Has a proactive attitude and good negotiation skills
    • Has a driver license C
    • Full-time position(s) available
    • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, preferences is for candidates from Jabodetabek origin.
     
    Responsibilities :
    • Ensure the sales activity performed with good and right by a team of sales distributors
    • Support the activities of logistics in the distributor related to the activity of the sale of products and delivery document billing to head office.
    • Ensure the handling of products in warehouses and transport distributors are conducted in accordance with the standard specified.
    • Support promotional program that has been planned by the Marketing Team.
    • Create reports sales activities and promotions in areas.
    • Build a team sales distributors in doing the activity of the sale of products.
    • Performing the duties of other in accordance with the discretion of the company.

    Pros
    • Menjamin semua kebutuhan hidup karyawan dengan menyediakan benefit dan tunjangan yang memadai. Memberikan peluang karir yang menjanjikan dan menarik untuk dikejar.
    • Hubungan antar karyawan sangat baik dan dalam bekerja pun selalu terjalin kerjasama yang baik antar karyawan membuat suasana kerja sangat menyenangkan.
    Cons
    • Mempunyai struktur organisasi yang belum jelas sehingga kurang tersusun dengan baik. Selain itu, penerapan SOP pun belum dioptimalkan oleh perusahaan.
    • Tim kerja yang telah dibentuk jumlahnya masih sedikit sehingga harus ditingkatkan agar perkembangan perusahaan semakin cepat dan perusahaan pun bisa lebih maju.
