Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists Safety Manager in the annual inspection of workplaces to assure safe and healthful conditions for workers. Prepares appropriate notices for management to issue for abatement of any identified hazards.
  • Provides promotional materials and develops and administers recognition systems to promote safe and healthful work performance.
  • Develop and monitor Safety and Health Policies, Standards, and Procedures Implementation
  • Ensure standard & policies compliance to the audit
  • Coordinate safety training activities to ensure that all personnel are adequately trained.
  • Filing and record-keeping of all compiled documents
  • Socializing Safety procedures to all employees.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Others or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bitung.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Atmosfir kerja yang suportif karena dipenuhi dengan rekan-rekan kerja yang ramah. Dari segi gaji juga cukup menjanjikan dan relatif besar dibandingkan perusahaan pesaing.

Cons

Keterbatasan jenjang karir sehingga hampir tidak mungkin untuk bisa melaju hingga posisi manajer. Job desc masing-masing posisi perlu lebih diperjelas lagi.
