- Handling end to end recruitment process
- Act as an advisor to the management team in identifying the right candidate
- Conduct psychological test and interview
- Do psychological profiling and interpretation
- Utilize every recruitment channel in finding the right candidate
- To manage all recruitment administration.
- Bachelor deegre in Psychology/ Human resource management or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience as Recruitment Officer / Executive
- Mastering psyhological test, assesment tools and interpretation
- Mastering in interview method; especially competency based Interview
- Have a good communication skill
- Have a good in leadership, analythical thinking and problem solving
- Have a networking with university and schools.
- Understand concept of employer branding.
