Job description:
 
  •  Handling end to end recruitment process
  •  Act as an advisor to the management team in identifying the right candidate
  •  Conduct psychological test and interview
  •  Do psychological profiling and interpretation
  •  Utilize every recruitment channel in finding the right candidate
  •  To manage all recruitment administration.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor deegre in Psychology/ Human resource management or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years experience as Recruitment Officer / Executive
  • Mastering psyhological test, assesment tools and interpretation
  • Mastering in interview method; especially competency based Interview
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Have a good in leadership, analythical thinking and problem solving
  • Have a networking with university and schools.
  • Understand concept of employer branding.
