  • Data Entry to inhouse software
  • Communicating with customers, vendors & overseas agents
  • Filing rates with airlines, carriers, and other vendors
  • Preparing sales quotations to clients & agents
  • Weekly planning of LCL consolidation for export/import
  • Maintain status of document completion for all planned shipments
  • Preparing operational reports
  • Minimal education of 2 year diploma, English major would be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Good command of English
  • High paced, hardworking, detail oriented, quick learner
  • Quick typing skills will be an asset
