- Having a good communication with stakeholder (union, government, or other interested parties) to maintain good relationship.
- Implementing and controlling media that used in relation with employees (bipartite/tripartite, mushola/mosque, sports centre, ceremonial, canteen, policlinic and cooperation)
- Mediate discussions between employer and employee representatives in attempt to reconcile differences and counseling the employees.
- Held exit interview and hand over inventories
- Socializing and controlling policies (PKB, HR Policies, Company Policies, juklak)
- Monitoring & Renew license related with labor (K3, etc)
- Handling social issues in relation with communities & industrial
- Planning for activities and employees development programs
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non management & non supervisor) specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Willing to be placed at Purwakarta, Jawa Barat
- Full-Time position(s) available.
