• Manage full spectrum of statutory accounting and financial management functions
• Full set of accounts include, but are not limited to invoicing, debt management, payments to suppliers, staff claims, fixed asset management etc
• Ensure accurate & timely closure of monthly accounts , with monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Submit monthly reporting package (P&L, balance sheet etc) to headquarters on a timely basis
• Preparation of monthly reports and analysis of variances for management
• Perform and track monthly withholding/corporate tax payments to government authorities
• Perform monthly payroll and related payments/reporting to government authorities
• Tracking and computation of monthly sales incentives
• Participate in annual budgeting exercise
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties from time to time
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in same capacity or previous experience in a public accountant firm
• Proficient in Accounting and Taxation knowledge, with the ability to analyze, review and prepare the Financial           Report and Company Income Taxes
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word
• Experience in SAP and/or Accpac would be an advantage
• Must be an organized, meticulous and hands-on person who is willing to learn and can work independently, under pressure and meet datelines.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia
