    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities : 
     
    • Review data and ad hoc analysis to make educated decisions to keep our operations running at full speed
    • Improve and streamline processes to verify driver sign-ups, including checking documents, communicating with drivers on incomplete documents, and notifying drivers of the results of their application
    • Setting up and executing communications with drivers via multiple channels (EDM, SMS, etc)
    • Define, create and execute driver rewards programmes and engagement activities as needed
    • Keep Customer Experience updated on latest changes that may affect feedback from public or drivers
    • Maintain a top notch satisfaction with Driver Zendesk/ Email account queries
    • Prevent, Detect, Deter and investigate potential frauds
    • Handle payment rejections and work with drivers or passengers to ensure a correct resolution
    • Keep CE updated on latest changes that may affect feedback from public or drivers
    • Maintain Driver Zendesk/ Email account
    • Deliver driver engagement targets with the budget allocated
    • Stay motivated and high-performing by conducting regular feedback and performance review sessions with his/her manager
     
     
    Requirements : 
     
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • In-Depth Excel, including utilization of Macro
    • Experience with business process improvement or operations
    • Understands local market and what makes drivers tick
    • Accustomed to working against clear KPIs
    • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
    • Minimum 1 year of work experience
