DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
 
Requirements:
 
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Experience 1 years at as IT Helpdesk
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecomunication.
  • Good knowledge in Networking systems.
  • CCNA Certified.
  • At least basic Transmission knowledge.
  • Customer oriented with excellent customer call skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
