    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Develop, manage strategic and tactical in recruitment
    • Plan and implement training and development program 
    • Develop and implement performance management system 
    • Develop all documentation system in HR, job description and record all performance of employee
    • Analyze all HR metrices
    Requirement:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any major
    • Strong knowledge about people development and recruitment
    • Active communicate in English Language (verbal and written)
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
    • Full-Time position(s) available

    Pros
    • Budaya kerja di dalam perusahaan menurut saya sudah meniru ala jepang dimana perusahaan menuntut semua hal terlampir dengan baik dan cekatan.
    Cons
    • Tidak jelasnya management baik dari pekerjaan maupun transparasi performa kerja. Jenjang karir di dalam perusahaan pun masih kurang jelas dan cukup lambat.
