- Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate all Learning and Development solutions to help Sales Force exceed sales target and become more competitive in the market
- Set and propose annual training program plan and annual training budget
- Assisting recruitment process of new employee for Sales & Marketing Department
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Pharmacy or Medical.
- Age between 28 - 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in the related position, experienced in Sales Force training area, preferably from Pharmaceutical
- Mastery on training and development training needs analysis; evaluation/ assessment principles, developing training program
- Posses a good communications skill (oral, written, presentation, facilitating) and motivating skills.
- Able to deal effectively with different levels of staff
- Willing to travelling for conduct training
