  • Building up product and market development by looking for new potential sources, clients and new business for Pharmaceutical & Personal Care and others related industries and re-energizer the existing slow moving item on our product list
  • Exploring any opportunities to grow in sales by new products, new networks  in order to achieve higher growth Sales.
  • To analyze market trends and competitors activities for the current items and the new coming products.
  • Improving skills of the team by product knowledge.
  • Resolving company service problem and disruptions in regards with Customers and Principals complaint.
Requirements :
  • Not older than 45 years.
  • Minimum 3 years experience on R & D and Business Development Manager or dosage development/manufacturing Pharma & Personal Care.
  • Pharmacist or Chemical degree from reputable university.
  • Familiar and having a good relationships/networking community in  Pharma & Personal Care Industries (absolute).
  • Having computer skill ability.
  • Able to communicate in writing and speaking in English fluently.
  • Able to working as a team.
  • Having sense on business and strong leadership spirit.
  • Enjoy in travelling/outdoor activities/kinesthetic dominant.
  • Willing to travel and to be placed outside Jakarta.
  • License A holder.
