- Deliver projects/solution within expected time to fulfill business requirement
- Perform unit testing and support internal test for every project delivered before internal testing by IT Tester to ensure the smoothness in Testing, Staging and Production environment.
- Perform Incident Resolution on 3nd layer within SLA to achieve Customer Satisfaction
- Build handover document and do sharing session to operation and monitoring team
- Deliver service with has standard operation quality, ensure the service working properly in Production
- Asses project - analyze impact of current system & effort estimation – which has medium until big impact and complexity to customer or service
- Lead project to implement solution as per business requirement
- Build low level design as detail implementation document of functional requirement specification
- S1 Degree in Information System or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years working experience in similar position or in Production Support or in IT Development.
- Basic Operating Systems (Sun Solaris, Unix, Windows, Linux)
- Java J2EE, PL/SQL, Unix, or other required intermediate programming language
- Enterprise Database System (Oracle)
- Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Understand ISO protocol is an advantage
- Understand TIBCO product is an advantage
- Telco or Banking background is preferred
- Attention to detail person
