    Requirements:
    • At least minimal 1 years experience in similar position
    • Having experience web programming ( C# / ASP.Net)
    • Ability to work idependently and collaborate in team
    • Self motivated, quick learner and passion in .Net
    • Solid understanding of OOP principles and design
    • Passionate in development and technology
    • Fun to work with and a team player

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Perusahaan yang cukup royal terhadap karyawannya terutama dalam hal pemberian insentif tiap bulan yang cukup teratur. Training untuk karyawan juga cukup teratur.
    • Kerja sama tim di perusahaan ini terbilang cukup baik. Selain itu, gaji yang diberikan juga sudah cukup memenuhi ekspektasi karyawannya.
    Cons
    • Kenaikan status kepegawaian yang tidak jelas, masih menggunakan status kontrak. Selain itu, untuk tunjangan kesehatannya hanya mengcover 80% dari biaya yang diklaim.
    • Meskipun gajinya sudah cukup memuaskan, untuk benefit di perusahaan ini masih terbilang kurang. Pembagian beban kerjanya juga belum merata sehingga mempengaruhi work life balance.
