  • Acquire new and manage existing accounts by looking at new opportunities, being aware of current brand campaigns
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and build strong partnerships
  • Handle full project management for each account - from ideation, presentation to publication
  • Handle strategic marketing partnerships for Rappler Indonesia
  • Assist in events preparations
  • Drive Rappler’s strategic sales vision within the region, demonstrating innovative thinking to generate customer-focused business solutions that drive sales and
  • profitability
  • Envision the long-term market potential for Rappler’s products and channels in the region
  • Effectively lead and motivate the content strategists and developers. Retain and upgrade sales skills and competencies appropriately
  • Additional responsibilities as required
  • MUST HAVE digital sales experience
  • At least 5 years work experience in similar discipline
  • Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Demonstrated experience defining the structure of a sales organization and leading the team to achieve results
  • Self starter, can think out of the box, aware of digital and social media practices
  • Well networked within marketing & brand community
  • Confident, agile, team player, good presentation skills
