  • Laki-laki, usia maks. 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan Teknik
  • Pengalaman sebagai Kepala Departemen Quality min. 2 tahun
  • Diutamakan yang memiliki background percetakan
  • Memiliki skill kepemimpinan yang baik            
  • Memiliki daya analisa yang kuat
  • Menguasai komputer
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan maupun tulisan

JOBDESK:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan seluruh aktifitas bagian      pengawasan mutu produk
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi setiap masalah mengenai kualitas produk
  • Memastikan produk sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan (ISO, Visa, Master)
  • Memberikan pengarahan teknis dan administratif untuk semua pelaksana di departemen Quality

    Cons
    Perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan tingkat kesejahteraan para karyawannya. Terutama untuk standar gaji yang masih kurang bersaing dengan perusahaan kompetitornya. Jenjang karirnya juga masih terbatas.
