DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Create cost breakdown for shoe production with consist of material cost, labor cost, and overhead.
  • Study & understand the significant factors that influence cost variance between one process to another.
  • Provide analysis and alternative solution that leads to efficiency.
  • Communicate and negotiate the quote with buyer and vendors.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum bachelor degree from Accounting, Financial Management, Mathematic, Economy.
  • GPA 3.00 (or 2.80 from State University).
  • Good spoken and written in English
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good presentation skill
  • Eager to learn
  • pressure persistent and able to thrive in fast-paced
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Willing to be trained for 3 Months
  • Fresh Graduate or experience
  • Willing to be place in Balaraja & Majalengka

PT Adis Dimension Footwear is one of Nike Shoes Factories in Indonesia, established on Mei 1989. Our company located in Jalan Raya Serang Km. 24, Balaraja-Tangerang. It is about 38 km or 50 minutes can be reached from Jakarta. Adis started the first production on March 1990. All of our production are exported to destination country based on Nike’s order. Now, we have main business in producing two major shoes categories, Young Athlete (Kid) and Nike Sport Wear (NSW). We work professionally with the world standard ISO:14001 and OHSAS:18001 to maintain good performance in the fields of Environmental, Safety, and Health. Because of our commitment in these fields, we were being awarded by Government as zero accident company (2013) and achieved Green Level of “Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER)” from State Minister for The Environment (2011-2012). Today, ADIS is being supported by more than 8000 employees, and most of them are focused on the production area. We also concern to develop our people with several programs such as Management Trainee, Shoe Master Academy, INCC (NOS Academy), Internal & External Training, to build their hard and soft competencies for a better future. After 25 years of our journey, ADIS is recognized as one of the best shoes factory in Indonesia.
