Area Sales Manager ( MAKASAR )

• Recruits new members, leadership grow, productivity and retention
• Manages & grows the assigned portfolio through training, developtment , motivation and sales force coaching.
• Prepares and implements an area business paln which include sales Dept strategies,leadership, coaching,market & area development programs while following coorporate timetable.
• Coach & support leadersthe leaders in the company through setting goals & developing appropriate sales activities
• Organized sales activity such as sales meeting & event.

• Minimum hold Diploma degree
• Has experience in 5 years related experience  in Direct Selling, Hotel or Insurance will be advantage.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel 70 %
• High energy with ability to motivate,lead and influence others
• Possess good intrapersonal communication and able to work in team
• Has ability to conduct profesional training in front of large diverse audience
• Candidate must be domicile in MAKASAR
